How to Make a Solar Panel - Build Solar Panels at Home

First step to build a solar panel is clean copper sheets with soap and soak with sand paper after some time. Cut down copper sheet as it exactly fit on electric stove. Burn copper sheet at high temperature and after some time the copper sheet start to change its colors like red,yellow. Just leave copper on the stove for at least half an hour to convert copper sheet into a thick layer with black coat over it.

After heating copper leave it to cooled for half an hour it help to remove the black layer and it has to remove otherwise it will damage red cuprous oxide. Leave it for another 10 minutes after that remove the black copper oxide with soap and your hands. But avoid scratch or copper sheet .

After this you have cut another piece of copper as it has to be same in size. By using the alligator clips join the two sheets together and put it inside a bottle or jar. Fix the copper sheet in a manner that they do not get in touch with each other and then fill the jar or bottler with a dissolved saltwater but make sure here that the alligator clips are dry.
